Trainee Events with Live Moderator
During our trainee events, each team building activity is led by an experienced facilitator. He or she helps trainees improve their communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The right team event at the right time in the apprenticeship
As the focus changes over the course of the apprenticeship, we offer formats for the start of the apprenticeship, the period around the intermediate exam, and the end of the apprenticeship. The respective goals are adapted accordingly.
Beyond that, our formats always promote important key skills, playfully and away from everyday work. Together with you, we set the priorities: the activity can, for example, promote independent action, communication within the team, problem solving or other methodological competencies. Ideally, these can be addressed in a reflection and transferred into working life.
The activities are tailored to the target group and appeal to different learning types: the tasks are varied and designed so that everyone can contribute their strengths.
Events for trainees in the first year of training:
At this point, the main focus is on getting to know each other: getting to know the new company and being convinced by it, fostering collaboration in new teams and building trust within the group.
Events for trainees in the second year of training:
We want to look back on the time experienced so far while starting the second half at the same time.

We want to give trainees a platform to share feedback while thanking them for a successful training period.
