Our sustainable team events are not just fun – they bring about positive change: we bring people together and create an awareness of ecological responsibility. What we build with our hands is also used where it is needed. And we show that sustainability goes hand in hand with socialising and teamwork.
What topics do we cover at our sustainable events?
At our team events, we take into account thethree dimensions of sustainability – ecological, economic and social – and bring them to life. Our team events should therefore not only be entertaining and inspiring, but also provide valuable information.

Ecological sustainability
Biodiversity
Biodiversity (the diversity of organisms, habitats and ecosystems) is important for the earth: it ensures stability. However, biodiversity is declining almost everywhere on Earth. This means that there are fewer species but also fewer organisms themselves.
This has negative consequences for agriculture (e.g. less pollination of crops), but also for the global climate (e.g. because monocultures absorb less carbon).

In recent years, human intervention in nature has increased significantly - for example through urbanisation, pest control or the use of pesticides.) As a result, many useful insects are losing their habitat.
During our insect hotel and birdhouse building team building events, we create a new home for insects and birds and give them the opportunity to nest and spend the winter.
