What began with a vision in 2007, Jürgen has developed into a diverse company with a lot of commitment. For many years, his professional passion has been building and improving businesses and teams. Constant learning, improving, coaching, transferring responsibility and letting go is the essence of his approach and help to bring employees and business models to new levels.

Jürgen loves the challenge both professionally and privately. Therefore, 4-day adventure races in the most distant countries of the world are not uncommon for him.

Years of experience in planning, implementing and developing events have shown Elisabeth that you always need innovative approaches to really inspire people. To do so, modern technology is no contradiction to personal contact – quite the opposite. It helps us overcome distances. When it comes to marketing, the digital world is also an integral part of her everyday life.

During working with our virtual and hybrid events, she herself is driven by what she wants to offer our customers: the joy of experiencing and exploring.

Due to his great interest in technology and his many helpful tricks, the xpert team quickly gave Mick the nickname “Digital Mick”. The opportunity to motivate teams and bring people together worldwide in the fast-paced online world inspires him.

His personal goal: to experience new things and to constantly develop himself and others.

Balance between on and offline: When Johanna isn’t hosting team events or working on new formats, she likes to spend time in the nature. As a riding instructor she makes sure that horse and rider also become a team. She learned to enjoy organizing (and not to lose it in hectic times) while planning wedding events during her dual studies.

Christina loves to travel and to be outdoors, which you can feel every day in her friendly and open manner. She is also our America Expert, as she has spent most of the last few years in California. This combination with Christina’s long history of event management helps to plan her events carefully, to carry them out with a lot of fun and to look after customers from all over the world.

Josef rounds off the xpert team with his manual skills. Whenever there is construction, sawing or hammering, he is there. Regardless of whether it is a soap box, catapult or raft building – there is nothing that Josef has not already implemented.
