COMPANY-WIDE CSR CAMPAIGN 'THE GIFT OF LIGHT

A joint campaign with a big impact: In 2024, we supported several companies in company-wide CSR initiatives under the motto ‘The Gift of Light’. Each company received solar light kits, as well as content and background information on the global importance of sustainable energy solutions.

The individual departments met in interactive workshops in which the employees assembled the solar lights together. These lights are currently being donated to Burkina Faso and other countries to give hope and new opportunities to children and families living in energy poverty.

The feedback from the companies shows that ‘The Gift of Light’ not only strengthened the team spirit, but also allowed the participants to directly experience how they can have a positive impact on the lives of other people through joint CSR activities. An extraordinary team event with sustainable added value!

DAY OF THE FUTURE

An inspiring look at the future: in autumn 2024, we worked with a client and 600 enthusiastic participants to create ‘Future Day’, an event that made innovation and sustainability tangible.

Throughout the day, guests took part in exciting activities that brought sustainability and social responsibility to life. They built solar lights, which were donated after the event, and helped build a large insect hotel in the shape of the company logo – a creative project that ensures sustainable benefits. Participants were also able to test their teamwork skills in an exciting escape game, build wind turbines and take part in a digital quiz challenge on futuristic topics.

The result was a day that strengthened team spirit and sustainability awareness, and inspired participants to actively contribute to a better future. Future Day created new perspectives and showed how much can be achieved together!

A GREENER DAY

An exciting sustainability event: In the summer of 2023, we organised a day-long sustainability event for a client with around 100 employees.

Participants were able to choose from a range of workshops (including building an insect hotel, bird houses and bird feeders, and a GPS tour of the site on sustainability topics).

There was no shortage of content, either: in between, we provided fun facts and important sustainability knowledge in fun, moderated quizzes.

The client’s conclusion: an effective team activity. Not only does it raise awareness of sustainability, it also does something good beyond greenwashing. The workshops also ensured that colleagues worked together on a meaningful activity. In other words, very effective team building!

360° experience at the Biathlon World Championships in Oberhof

In February 2023, biathlon legend and Olympic champion Sven Fischer was at the start of the Biathlon World Cup course. But this run was anything but ordinary. We mounted a 360° camera on his helmet. After a brief moment of concentration, the race begins: he glides down the course on skis at breathtaking speed and hits the bull’s-eye at the shooting range, shot after shot.

And then it’s cut – we’ve got it all. On behalf of our client DKB, we shot this stunning 360° video. This allowed their guests in the VIP tent to get up close and personal with the action and see the track from all angles.

And for those who still hadn’t had enough at the end of the video, there was the opportunity to get active themselves: We had created our own virtual reality world where they could experience a fast-paced sled race. The aim was to steer the sledge to collect objects and avoid others. The guests loved this playful ride!

A DIFFERENT KIND OF CITY QUIZ TRAIL

A city quiz trail of a special kind: We developed a tailor-made city tral for a client that went far beyond the usual. Participants set off in small teams and visited various current and potential customer locations along the route.

They collected exciting poll results, answered quiz questions and completed creative photo and video challenges that brought the team experience to life.

Equipped with tablets personalised for the event and branded with the client’s corporate design, the teams navigated through the city. This digital component enabled an interactive and seamlessly connected rally experience.

The result: a unique blend of team building and customer interaction that raised awareness of the needs and desires of their own customers and strengthened team spirit through shared experiences. An event that delighted everyone involved!
