HYBRID GPS-RALLY
The GPS rally with Commerzbank took place at different locations. One part in Hamburg and one part in Frankfurt.
Teams were created at the locations, which had to approach the GPS hotspots and solve the challenges.
The individual tasks in the GPS rally made the event a unique experience. Within the given time, the teams had to unlock as many tasks as possible and collect as many points as possible.
The best teams were then crowned at the award ceremony.
INDIVIDUAL LEARNING SUPPORT
Communicate your way to success with the English Email Challenge!
In cooperation with the language service ‘Perfect Word’ we created a concept and developed an app companion for you to help you perfect your English business emails. Your aim is to attract customers and keep them by completing a range of tasks.
Formal vs informal language, typical business email phrases, making polite requests, structuring your email, avoiding false friends – these are just some of the ways in which you will improve your English emailing skills.
GPS-RALLY FOR THE IHK
For the IHK Feldkirchen-Westerham, we collaborated to create an individual GPS rally for their location that can be played at any time.
The teams have to unlock different locations in and around the building via augmented reality and solve the challenges.
The rally is set up in such a way that no event manager needs to be present on site, but everything is monitored remotely and remote support is available.
Thus, the IHK can start a rally spontaneously and at any time within a very short time. With the help of an introductory video from us, the teams are briefed and receive all the necessary information.
INDIVIDUAL ESCAPE GAME
In the Escape Game, the Zalando logo was stolen and hidden by the thieves in the Arctic. After finding the location of the hiding place, the teams start the journey to the Arctic and walk the last kilometers to the hut.
In addition to the goal of finding the logo, the teams must also find out and share the location with the rescue helicopter in time to pick them up.
All this before the gang of thieves returns to the cabin and catches the teams in the act.
This individual touch in the event made for particularly great motivation and lots of fun.
INDIVIDUAL AROUND THE WORLD
For CreditPlus we created an individual journey around the world. In the process, we replaced the world map and replaced it into their CI. In addition, the countries were adapted to the CreditPlus company locations.
This allowed the teams to visit countries where the company has locations and learn about the culture there and master specific tasks.
All participants were thus able to get to know new cultures of their colleagues and had many topics of conversation after the event.
The announced award ceremony provided a lot of motivation during the event while solving the tasks and challenges.
VIRTUAL EVENT WITH 1,200 PERSONS
As part of an international event, we created an individual quiz event for Boehringer Ingelheim. Their new internal platform was to be implemented into the event through interactive tasks.
Within these challenges, questions and challenges had to be solved, which could only be solved with the help of the platform. This way, all teams got to know the Innovation Plaza and its functionality.
The one-hour event was rounded off with an award ceremony where the best teams were crowned.
