We are redefining the race into space: start a new project with motivation and enthusiasm! This succeeds step by step in the form of numerous tasks and creative challenges. At the beginning there is a vision and a team that first have to prove themselves in the “training phase” to become an astronaut. Once these foundations have been laid, implementation begins and the rocket takes off. Perhaps the journey will even go to the moon or further? Grow beyond your goals!
Your individual kick-off: You can also adapt the format to your company or project goals in 2022. To do this, we incorporate your individual topics into the design of the challenge.

Virtual, in-person or hybrid?
- Virtual: Everyone joins the conference from a separate location
- In-Person: You meet on site and get out in small groups
- Hybrid: Partly you meet in groups on site, partly you join the conference from your own location : Teils trefft ihr euch in Gruppen vor Ort, teils wählt ihr euch separat ein
