Our virtual remote events
Our working world is constantly changing – the current situation shows this very clearly: structures and thus expectations are changing, society is becoming more individual and more digital. International trips are generally carefully considered from an environmental and time perspective, and virtual meetings take place.
Team event 4.0
In times of digitization and new work, teams are faced with completely new challenges. Personal contact often falls by the wayside between home offices, co-working spaces, flexible working hours and video conferences. In order to strengthen the unifying feeling of we nonetheless and to promote the valuable exchange among each other, we offer innovative, virtual team events and thus ensure motivation, inspiration, solidarity and identification.
With the help of our virtual team events, we bring people together digitally without them having to be in the same location. This is done via an experience app on the participants’ smartphones. They use it to network and interact with colleagues.
Thats how it works
The virtual team challenge takes place as part of a video call moderated by us. The participants therefore need a laptop and a smartphone – and off they go:
• The participants receive an invitation link from us and join the video call. Our project manager leads you through the event, ensures motivation and a good mood and is always available as a contact person.
• The challenge takes place in an app. The participants download these onto their smartphone and join the game with a QR code.
• Now it becomes interactive: We form smaller teams that solve exciting tasks together and earn points. The exchange is important, because that is only possible in teamwork!
• Once all modules have been completed, the overall winner of the challenge will be chosen. Which team got the most points?
• Many photos and videos are created during the event. We then share this with all participants.
