Our hybrid event formats pick up your team exactly where it is: Many teams are faced with the challenge of having to work together across different locations. Maybe because some of the employees work remotely from their home office. Maybe also because international trips should be reduced for environmental and cost reasons.
A hybrid event is a great way to bring employees and teams together in these different locations:
– We connect the teams at the different locations with a video call.
– In our challenges we combine online and offline activities for real hybrid team building.
– We would be happy to customize the content for a tailor-made solution for your company and your situation.
– We use the technology that is available at your location. There are no exceptional requirements for this.
– You will be looked after online by our experienced moderators, who ensure motivation and are available to answer questions at any time.
– Your very own extra: In order to loosen up the event and provide a surprise, we will send a package to each location before the event. This contains – individually in consultation with you – accessories, objects and props that the participants should use in the challenges.
approx. 15 minutes: welcome, briefing and introduction to the tools used (video conference via Zoom, MS Teams or the platform of your choice)

approx. 15 minutes: award ceremony and conclusion
