Finding a topic – The creative foundation
Before the event, we work together to define a theme that will serve as a source of inspiration.
Whether it is your company’s values, current challenges or simply an exciting motif, the theme provides the framework for your unique work of art.
Sketching phase – Bringing ideas to life
It’s time to get creative! Working in small teams, you will create your first sketches and put your ideas down on paper. Team spirit is needed here: What is the best way to realise the theme? Which perspectives can be included?
Then it gets exciting: each team presents its sketch. In the big team vote, everyone votes for their favourite – and the idea with the most votes becomes the template for the final artwork!Sketching phase – Bringing ideas to life

The team challenge – Communication is key
The chosen sketch is placed 20 metres away – but there’s a catch! Only one person per team is allowed to set off to memorise the details and pass them on to the team. With a grid to help them, the big art mission begins!
Creating art – Brushes, colours and strategy
Each team is given individual canvases, which come together in the end to form a large overall picture. Exciting challenges await, including:
- coordinating colours and materials
- developing collaborative painting techniques
- cleverly allocating tasks
- communicating effectively to transfer details successfully

Grande Finale – Your own piece of art
The finished work of art is ceremoniously unveiled! You admire the result together and reflect on the challenges you have overcome.
